Needle exchange program won’t be restarted

Kanawha County’s needle exchange program won’t be restarted. The program was suspended in March after Charleston Mayor Danny Jones called for it to be shut down over concerns about needles littering the streets. The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department says the program won’t be reinstated.
