New Director

The new director of the West Virginia Lottery is hinting that he would like to see some game enhancements. Alan Larrick held his first Lottery Commission meeting yesterday in Charleston. The former Beckley attorney hinted that some lottery game changes may be proposed to the state lawmakers.
