New Kanawha Circuit Court Judge is Appointed

Gov. Jim Justice said Monday he has named Dan Greear to temporarily fill a vacancy on the bench in Kanawha County Circuit Court. Greear is the chief of staff for the West Virginia House of Delegates, and will temporarily fill the vacancy that was left when Judge Jim Stucky submitted his resignation to seek a disability retirement. A new judge will be elected in November.
