New Shopping Center

A new shopping center is a step closer to reality along Corridor G. The “Gazette” reports that the tentative approval has been given for the Little Creek Village by the state after traffic conditions were studied. Several other approvals are still needed before construction begins. Nearly two dozen businesses will be able to occupy the retail property and they’re hoping to have it up and running by the middle of 2019.
