New Supreme Court Chief Justice

The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia has voted to replace Chief Justice Allen Loughry. Effective immediately, he’ll be replaced by Margaret Workman. Workman issued a statement Friday, saying “It’s time to begin what will be a very long process of restoring public respect for the Supreme Court.”
