Next step in impeachment trials

State Senators will begin work today on the rules for the impeachment trials of the three remaining West Virginia Supreme Court Justices. Members of the House of Delegates voted last week to impeach Margaret Workman, Beth Walker and Allen Loughry. The Senate will serve as a jury to determine whether the justices should be removed from their positions.
