Nicholas County can use federal money to rebuild schools

The West Virginia School Building Authority is trying to avoid a lawsuit over where to rebuild flood ravaged schools in Richwood. The board took another vote approving a plan that allows Nicholas County to use Federal Emergency Management Administration money to rebuild schools in Richwood and Glade Creek. The Richwood High School Alumni Association had threatened a lawsuit over a possible violation of the state open meetings law.
