Nitro Police Chief Steps Down

The Nitro police chief has stepped down for personal reasons, and Mayor Dave Casebolt says the interview process for his replacement will start today. Chief Brian Oxley is still serving as the interim police chief, according to WCHS TV, and after his replacement is named he’ll become a captain.
