Nitro police looking for missing woman
Nitro police are looking for a missing Marshall University student. Eighteen-year-old Heather Williams was last seen around 1 p.m. Christmas Eve. Police believe she could be in danger. Williams is 5’4”, 200 pounds, dark hair and was wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans. She has an owl tattoo on the back of her neck. Call Nitro police if you have any information.
