No Jackpot, but WV has Smaller Powerball Wins
West Virginia Powerball players didn’t win the jackpot, but there are some people here who are a little bit richer now. One Powerball ticket was a one million dollar winner, and that was purchased at Chaney’s Service Station in Chester, according to West Virginia Lottery officials. That ticket had all the numbers right except for the Powerball. Five tickets in the state matched four numbers and the Powerball, and those are worth $50,000 each. One of the $50,000 winners was sold at the Speedway at Rt.33 and Scott Lane in Scott Depot.
