No mid-year budget cuts

Mid-year budget cuts will not be necessary. West Virginia revenue officials say tax collection is lower than estimated, but by far less than last year. Collections were less than ten-million-dollars off compared to last year, which was nearly 90-million. Revenue growth is also on the rise thanks to lower unemployment.
