No National Guard in Huntington

For the first time in over a century, the West Virginia National Guard no longer has a presence in Huntington. The guard is shutting down the Huntington Armory on Virginia Avenue. At some point, the armory will be taken over by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture to be used for tomato and potato processing.
