A former Charleston Attorney wants his license back
Former Charleston attorney, L. Dante DiTrapano, wants his license to practice law again. DiTrapano had his law license revoked as criminal charges were pressed for durgs and weapons, and for forging a signature for a loan from United Bank and a federal drug and weapons charge. His license was suspended six years ago, and in that time DiTrapano claims he's become free of drug problems. DiTrapano was also fired as NFL wide receiver Randy Moss's agent around the time of the criminal charges. The Record, West Virginia's legal journal, says currently, DiTrapano is working as a paralegal for Charleston attorney Stuart Calwell as he petitions for his own license.
