Big donations roll in at WSVU

West Virginia State University has received a six figure donation it says will help improve the campus and offer more resources to students. The anonymous $300,000 donation will support "STEM" -- science, technology, engineering and math -- programs at the school and will fund a faculty position in bio-energy research. The anonymous donor will be revealed early next year, and more details about the donation will be announced then. WSVU also recently received a $1 million anonymous gift to build a new athletic complex on campus.
