Plea deal rejected in Goble murder case

The man accused of murder Kathy Goble in 2010 was in court Wednesday. Charles March is accused of killing Goble, cutting up the body, and burying it in his backyard. The remains were not found until nearly two years later. Goble and March worked together at Kelley's Mens Shop in Charleston. Kanawha County Judge Duke Bloom rejected a tentative plea agreement in the case and set a trial date for December 26th. Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies say March suffered injuries when he tried to commit suicide in jail. Prosecutors say March left behind a suicide note, claiming he loved his family and couldn't go to jail for a crime he didn't commit.
