Fouth Arrest Made in Clendenin Burglary

Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputies and members of the Kanawha Bureau of Investigation arrested a woman Wednesday in connection with a burglary at 4030 Spencer Road, near Clendenin on New Year's Eve. Deputies say Alesha Goodwin is the fourth arrest related to the investigation of a a burglary where several items were taken including a Purple Heart Medal and Bronze Medal that belonged to the victim's daughter, who was killed in Iraq. Billy Woods Jr. and Paulette Dickey were arrested on January 4, and Marty Atwell was arrested earlier this week. Deputies say Goodwin and Atwell shared a home together, and items were seized there that belonged to the victims. Detectives hope to recover other items.
