Man Killed by Train Identified

The man struck and killed by a train Saturday night in St. Albans has been identified as 48-year old Kevin Moles. Reports from first responders show Moles was walking with two kids at the time and both of them saw the train coming and stopped before the bridge. The engineer blasted the horn, but Moles kept walking. He was hit by the train on B Street, and then fell off the bridge that crosses the Coal River. Officers still don't know why Moles didn't stop for the train.
