Charleston Man Faces Charges After Tossing Gun Out Window
A Charleston man is facing charges after police say he tossed a gun out the window of his car. Police say 42-year old Diarra Jermaine Boddy tried to walk away after stopping the car, but was handcuffed at that point. Fake crack cocaine was also found in his pocket. The criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court said Boddy’s driver’s license was revoked for driving under the influence. Police also discovered that he wasn't supposed to have a gun because of several felony convictions for drugs and domestic battery.
