Charleston Repeals Gun Ordinance

If the governor signs a new bill on his desk, people with concealed carry permits would be able to bring guns into community centers and the city of Charleston wouldn't be able to control it. As a reaction to that, last night the Charleston City Council voted to repeal the city's gun ordinance, hoping that Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin would veto the new law passed in the state Legislature. The new law keeps municipalities from regulating guns.
