One Dies in West Side Fire

Investigators are looking into the cause of a house fire after one person died Monday morning. Firefighters were called to the home on Charleston’s West Side on Temple Street around 6am Monday, and said three people were able to make it out of the house but one person could not. The three survivors were all upstairs at the time of the fire and were not hurt. The man who died was downstairs. No official cause yet, and the house was completely destroyed.
