Online Voting

The ACLU of West Virginia will be in court tomorrow as it tries to sue Cabell County Clerk Karen Cole. The class action lawsuit was announced last week and claims the county’s decision to not allow online voter registration is unconstitutional as it is permitted in every other county in the state. It was filed on behalf of Marshall University student Allison Mullins in Federal District Court in Huntington.
