Parents charged in death of malnourished child

Parents in Mercer County have been charged in the death of their malnourished child. Twenty-nine-year-old Corey Moore and 26-year-old Christy Moore are charged with child neglect resulting in death. When the mother brought the 21-month-old child to the emergency room he only weighed fourteen-pounds.
