Patriot Flag Stops in Charleston
After a stop in Charleston this week, a special flag is heading next to Kentucky. The Patriot Flag made a stop Wednesday at the State Capitol steps in Charleston as part of a journey across America. The flag honors men and women who were first responders and those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. West Virginia was the 20th stop for the flag, and it heads next to Frankfort, Kentucky.
