Pay raise for Marshall University faculty & staff

Marshall University faculty and staff are getting a three-percent raise. The school’s Board of Governors approved the budget yesterday. The salary increases are in addition to the two-percent raise in March. Marshall’s budget for 2019 is just over 300-million dollars.
