Person of interest taken into custody in Clay County death

Joshua Robertson was taken into custody in Alabama last night. He is a person of interest in his father’s death earlier this month in Clay County. Sixty-seven-year-old Milton Robertson the third was found dead in his Wallback home on May ninth. Joshua Robertson had been living with his father prior to his violent death.
