West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is applauding President Trump’s executive action to advance the Keystone XL pipeline. The attorney general joined nearly two dozen other states several years ago to recommend the project’s permit, which would transport oil from Canada to refineries in the Gulf of Mexico. Trump signed an executive order yesterday that will advance the Keystone proposal.
