Police identify murder victim

Charleston police have released the name of the victim killed in a shooting Tuesday. Thirty-nine-year-old Talonaie Chambers was found dead at her home on Washington Street West. Police initially thought it was a suicide, but now is being investigated as a homicide. No arrests have been made.
