Police identify victim in I-64 accident

Police have identified the person killed in a multi-car accident Tuesday on I-64 near Milton. The victim was 19-year-old Marshall University student Bridget Sacks of Eleanor. Her car hit a guard rail and slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler. Several other people were taken to the hospital in three other wrecks in the same area.
