Police increasing patrols at Town Center

Shoppers at Charleston Town Center mall found syringes and what appeared to be blood in a bathroom stall. Police say there have been seven overdoses at the mall in the past two months. They are stepping up patrols at Town Center, and police say, as always, if you see something, say something.
