Police looking for East End shooting suspect

Police are looking for a man wanted in a shooting on the city’s East End. Thirty-three-year-old Devon Webster is accused of forcing his way into a home on Cart Street. He pistol whipped one man, and shot another man multiple times. The shooting victim is hospitalized in stable condition. Webster is wanted on two counts of malicious wounding.
