Pre-trial motions in Loughry case

Suspended Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is due in court today. The Judge in the case will hear several pretrial motions this afternoon. Loughry faces a twenty-five count federal indictment for fraud and lying to investigators. His trial is set for October 2nd.
