Sources say that RIHANNA and CHRIS BROWN were MAKING OUT at a Halloween party Wednesday night. --A source says, quote, "His entire entourage made sure Rihanna was taken care of first and foremost. It's really sweet the way he was treating her. Every time she stood up, she rubbed his head as if he were a little puppy." --At one point, Rihanna was also overheard saying, quote, "I love you, and you know you're my man."

We haven't heard much from or about CHARLIE SHEEN in a while. But maybe that's because he's been keeping himself busy . . . with COCAINE AND HOOKERS. --RadarOnline says those two things have worked their way back into Charlie's daily diet. --A source says, quote, "For at least the last eight months or so Charlie has been having a quarter to half an ounce of cocaine delivered to him every single day and was spending nearly $2,000 a day on drugs. --Sometimes he'd even get two to three quarters of cocaine in one day. He snorts it, he smokes it, and then he watches porn. And when he's not watching porn, he's hired high-end girls to come over."

Given her behavior this year, this doesn't seem too far-fetched: AMANDA BYNES reportedly gave patrons at a New York City tanning salon a show by walking through the lobby NAKED. --According to "In Touch Weekly", she went into the tanning room and disrobed, only to realize there weren't any goggles. So she came out to request some without putting her clothes back on. --A source says, quote, "She didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked . . . She took her time walking back to the room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her . . . There was definitely something wrong with her." --Amanda is denying all this. Apparently, she's TOO RICH to be crazy. She says, quote, "I'm suing 'In Touch' for printing a fake story. --I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."
