It's official: BRITNEY SPEARS is single again. Her fiancé Jason Trawick even removed himself as Britney's co-conservator, which means that Britney's dad Jamie Spears is in total control once again. --Jason started out as Britney's agent. They got engaged last year, after which he became her co-conservator. Now he's none of those things. Britney has new management. --But sources say the breakup was amicable, and the two of them just grew apart. Britney released a statement saying, quote, "Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends." --Jason reportedly signed a confidentiality agreement, meaning he can't talk about the relationship. --One source claims the breakup was over kids. Britney wanted more, Jason wanted NONE. She's 31 . . . he's 41. Britney has already given Jason back the $90,000 engagement ring.
BRITNEY SPEARS will not return for "X Factor's" third season. She issued a statement Friday saying it was her choice, but sources say she wasn't going to be asked back. Either way, Britney is reportedly closing in on a deal for a Las Vegas residency that'll pay her $100 million a year.
STEVEN TYLER is back on the market. He and his fiancée, Erin Brady, have split, and a source says, quote, "It's over for good this time." --Steven and Erin were together for about five years. They got engaged and had a commitment ceremony in Hawaii last year.
A couple that's had more ups and downs than most is back on the upswing. KOBE BRYANT and his wife VANESSA have officially called off their divorce. --Kobe had this to say on Facebook . . . quote, "I am happy to say that Vanessa and I are moving on with our lives together as a family. --When the show ends and the music stops, the journey is made beautiful by having that someone to share it with. Thank you all for your support and prayers! Much luv, Mamba out."
Britain's "Sun" tabloid says that BEYONCE and JAY-Z threw a party for their daughter Blue Ivy's first birthday. A $200,000 PARTY. --It reportedly included $95,000 for pink and white roses, $2,000 for the cake . . . and even $30,000 in swag for the guests. --Yeah . . . even the ADULTS who showed up got goodie bags that included personalized fountain pens. --Oh, and their gift to their daughter? An $80,000 Barbie doll that's encrusted with diamonds and wears jewelry made out of real white gold.
