The "Buckwild" sex tape controversy is over before it began. SHAE BRADLEY took her former porno partner JESSE J to court this week to block the release of the tape. The judge ordered him to destroy it, and he said he had already done that, after he heard Shae was dragging him to court. If he does have another copy, though, he's barred from selling or releasing it.

Video of REESE WITHERSPOON in handcuffs hit the World Wide Web of Celebrity Embarrassment yesterday. The clip shows Reese arriving at the Atlanta police station after her arrest. The cop takes her out of his car and uncuffs her, then leads her into the station.

The paparazzi caught up with DAVID SPADE the other night, and asked him about REESE WITHERSPOON. Specifically, they asked him about her playing the "Do you know who I am?" card.
And he said, quote, "The general rule is . . . If you have to explain to someone you're famous, then you're technically not that famous."

On "The Talk" yesterday, SHARON OSBOURNE discussed OZZY'S relapse. She said a lot of the story has been distorted by the media, and added, quote, "We've dealt with worse and we will deal with it and this too shall pass. Otherwise my husband will be taken to the hospital to get my foot removed from his ass."

Next Monday through Friday, BEN AFFLECK will live on just $1.50 in food and drink. It's all part of the "Live Below the Line" challenge, which is an effort to raise awareness of global poverty. Other celebrities are doing it too, including SOPHIA BUSH, DEBI MAZAR and JOSH GROBAN. Josh did it last year, and was so inspired he wrote a song called "Below the Line".
