PSC Sets Hearing for WV American Water Company
The Public Service Commission of West Virginia has scheduled a hearing on the federal tax cut case to consider the proposed settlement agreement with West Virginia American Water Company. Parties in the case include the Kanawha County Commission, the City of Charleston, Commission Staff, the Consumer Advocate Division and West Virginia Energy Users Group. Utility companies have to track savings that come from federal tax cuts, and other utilities also need to file proposed settlements at or before the hearing and to be prepared to discuss them.
