Five American Red Cross shelters remain open in West Virginia following last month’s flooding. The Red Cross says shelters are open in Fayette, Greenbrier, Kanawha, Nicholas and Roane counties. In addition, the Red Cross has feeding locations in Clay, Kanawha, Nicholas and Roane counties and is distributing supplies in 10 counties. The Red Cross says it has facilitated the delivery of more than 65,000 meals and snacks.
