Resort Offers Help to Carolina Florence Victims

A West Virginia resort is offering shelter for people who have had to leave their homes because of Hurricane Florence. Oglebay Resort and Conference Center is offering complimentary accommodations through Sept. 20 to people affected by the hurricane with a North Carolina or South Carolina driver’s license and proof of residency.
