Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is fighting the preliminary injunction over the Right-to-Work Law. The AG says he is urging the state Supreme Court to act quickly because of the “negative impact caused by this injunction.” The new law has been argued in the courts and in limbo since last August, just one month after it went into effect.
