RISE Update Shows More Mobile Homes Placed
The West Virginia National Guard says twenty four mobile homes have been placed so far as part of the RISE flood recovery program. The Gazette-Mail reported the are twenty-nine more mobile home replacements that are in “construction phase,” which includes obtaining permits and homeowner agreements. There were still 424 outstanding cases, including 166 families that will need a total home replacement. The West Virginia National Guard took control of the program in June.
