RISE WV catches duplicate case

The RISE West Virginia flood recovery program discovered a duplicate case in the system. Major General James Hoyer says a new quality control and data verification process was implemented this week. National Guard engineers are utilizing the data to map client need to cluster contractor assignments by location, which will maximize resources and minimize delays. There are over 450 outstanding cases in the program.
