Robber fires a shot as victim runs away

A Charleston man is facing robbery charges after he threatened a victim and demanded his money, keys and phone. Thirty-three-year-old Brandon Carter is charged with first degree robbery. The victim gave Carter his belongings and then began yelling for help. As the victim was running away Carter fired a shot at him. No one was hurt.
