Rover Pipeline construction halted

Construction on the Rover Pipeline is being halted due to permit violations. The pipeline will transport natural gas more than 700 miles from the Marcellus and Utica Shale production areas to markets across the U.S. and Canada. Federal regulators stopped work after inspections uncovered several environmental concerns.
