SBA opening a Center

The U.S. Small Business Administration plans to open a center tomorrow in northern West Virginia to help businesses hurt by severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides in late July. The SBA says applications for low-interest, long-term disaster loans for property damage will be due by Oct. 17.
