School Board employee accused of stealing copper pipe

The director of operations for the Fayette County Board of Education is accused of selling copper pipe, stolen from Collins Middle School in Oak Hill. Forty-five year old David Keffer is charged with grand larceny. He sold the copper for cash to a local scrap yard.
