Search Continues for Webster Co. Suspect

Investigators in Webster County are looking for a suspect, accused of shooting at a Deputy during a traffic stop on Meadow Fork Road. WCHS TV reports the deputy took off in pursuit of the shooter, but had to stop to check himself for injuries. The suspect was headed towards the Tioga Strip. The vest protected the deputy and he had no serious injuries. The shooter is a white male suspect, mid to late 30’s, with long, shaggy, dark hair and a beard, driving a bright blue Chevy Cavalier with tinted windows and black plastic bumpers.
