Second arrest in Marcum Terrace murder

Huntington police have made a second arrest in connection with a shooting in Marcum Terrace last week. Forty-one-year-old David Moore is charged with accessory to murder. Last Thursday, a teenage female was arrested and charged with murdering a woman and injuring a maintenance worker. Moore is accused of fleeing the scene with the suspect.
