Second man sentenced for coal executive’s death
A second man involved in the death of former coal executive Ben Hatfield has been sentenced to life in prison. Brandon Patrick was sentenced yesterday in Mingo County. He and Anthony Arriaga murdered Hatfield in 2016 in cemetery and stole his SUV. Fitzpatrick will be eligible for parole in a decade and a half.
