Secretary of Education and the Arts, Gayle Manchin, terminated

Secretary of Education and the Arts, Gayle Manchin, has been terminated. Governor Justice fired Manchin just hours after she issued a statement on legislation to reorganize the Department of Education and the Art. Manchin offered to resign to remove any political pressure to save the program. When Justice accepted her resignation, she refused, and that led to her termination.
