Setting the rules for sports betting

The West Virginia Lottery Commission set the rules governing the debut of sports betting at the state’s five casinos. The commission met in emergency session yesterday to pass the rules for sports betting, so that the casinos have plenty of time to familiarize themselves with the regulations. The goal is to be ready for sports betting by football season.
