Shooting suspect in custody

After almost a week, shooting suspect Jeremy Bartram is in custody. Bartram’s Father called police last night around 9:30 and told them his son wanted to turn himself in. He was arrested without incident; his bond was set at one-million-dollars. Bartram is accused of firing on officers on Monday when they tried to arrest him for shooting and injuring three people in Barboursville last week.
